Contour cutting

We cut your packaging profile, masonry arch or 3D letter from blocks or boards using a filament (also known as a hot wire). This filament melts at 250 °C through the EPS (i.e. styrofoam) or other thermocomposite materialss. The filament does not touch the material, but melts itself away through the material. Our machines melt in straight and curved lines (contour cutting). Did you know that we can contour cut any figure as long as you can draw the figure without lifting your pen from the paper! There is no form cost. We can make for you both your unique item and large series of 1000 items and more!
