Every object ranging from a polymers concrete formwork to a 3D one or a vacuum-formed tray is 100% custom made at Twinplast. We count on our many years of expertise and professionalism as well as our state-of-the-art machinery.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Working method<\/h2>\n

Quotation<\/h3>\n

You can contact us through email, telephone or by vising us for a personal talk and we will take a constructive approach together with you. A clear quotation will then follow quickly.<\/p>\n

Production<\/span><\/h3>\n

The quotation will be in line with your expectations and you are the one to give us the green light to start production. Our CNC cutting machines, 3D milling machines and lathe are deployed to fabricate your model. If we need to sand and level out your design even further by hand or assemble various parts together, we will do this with an eye for detail. Thermoforming also occurs in-house to vacuum form your custom-made trays.<\/p>\n

Finish<\/span><\/h3>\n

If your 3D object needs to be resistant to the weather and wind or must it be abrasion-resistant, we will apply a coat to make the top coat hard. Your concrete formwork can also be provided with a fouling release coating. Based on the set requirements related to the concrete surface, we will propose specific finishes.<\/p>\n

Delivery<\/span><\/h3>\n

You can come and pick up your products yourself from our address or they can be delivered safely to you by our professional carriers.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n
